So clearly Sir Alex Ferguson reads my blog, as he put O'Shea in centre back today. Hah!
The past two football games I've seen, two well-respected players have acted like idiots. On Wed, in the second-leg of Real's Copa del Rey semi-final, Zidane smacked an opposing player in the face. Not hard, but certainly a red-card offense. Today, Gary Neville head-butted a City player. Kind of astonishing how professionals can act like such children. Still way better than hockey though. There, it's not a matter of simply losing one's head - it's just basic viciousness.
Excellent play from Ronaldo again today. Crossed to RVN for a goal, scored one himself, crossed to Keane who headed it down for RVN's second. I love seeing players improve, and Ronaldo has shown such willingness to improve and learn this season. He's gone from trying every trick on every possesion to becoming a deadly and efficient winger. Hope he keeps it up.
Played more Ico yesterday. What a beautiful game. Got to a point which was just breathtaking - rocks, sea, trees all in sight, a wonderful vista. Interesting puzzles too.
Happy Valentine's Day to any and all who read this :)
