Went to EB, traded-in The Getaway and VF4, for $30 EB money. Seems like a pretty good system to me. I wouldn't be able to get squat for these games on ebay, so $30 seems like a good deal. Of course, they re-sell 'em for twice what they give you, but the only reason they can sell 'em is because most people buying games in a store are dumbasses. Hehe, that's a bit harsh. Seriously, though, it's hardly ever true that the best games sell the most. Games sell because they find an untapped market area (those hunting games, The Sims), or because they have a big name behind them (sports games, Warcraft/Diablo).
Point is, I now have money to spend at EB. What to buy? Winning Eleven 7? Looks pretty nice; I rented 6, it was awesome. Prince of Persia? Lots of good reviews. Aaaa, money in my pocket, burning a hole, burning, burning....
