I Served Serial Joe a Slushie

So I had to get a copy of my UW transcript to apply for PhD at Dalhousie. I got it from the secretary here, who had a copy from when I applied for Master's. I added it to my application, and gave it to the graduate co-ordinator. I asked him, "do I need anything else?". He replied, "No, I'll just send this all on to the secretary". Sigh.
