I realized last night that in these past two weeks M and I have managed to see 9 different groups of people:

  1. Friends from Waterloo
  2. My immediate family
  3. My high school friends
  4. My Toronto Aunt and Uncle's family
  5. M's paternal grandmother
  6. M's sister's family
  7. M's immediate family
  8. M's high school friends
  9. M's maternal grandmother and grandfather

Wowee. Highlight of the trip was sitting on the lovely Wasaga beach watching M, M's sister, and M's sister's two kids frolic in the water. I swear Elizabeth is a genius by the way - she makes up songs, makes up stories, and generally seems incredibly intelligent for a four year old.

Also, I learned that swishing wine in a wine glass actually does make it taste better. It's not some made up crazy ritual!

Yay! We're number one!!!
It's frightning how many different groups of people one can accrue, isn't it? I find it exhausting just thinking about all the visiting/talking you two did in the last little while.

I like that your favourite memory involves watching three women and one small boy. ;)
Ben - you're only number one because we saw you guys first :)
