Unless I'm missing something pretty big, it looks like my idea does work out. Hurrah!
On another note, M and are planning a trip to Belize next year. While there, we also plan to get married. Neither of us wants a big ceremony or reception or any of that stuff, so it'll basically just be us and immediate family, if they want to come.
