Here is me, skipping along as I spend my day looking at fun research topics and generally messing around with things:

Here is me, after looking at the syllabus for the comprehensive exams in areas I supposedly know:

Looks like I'm going to have to start re-learning some things...

Heehee. You make me laugh.
The only thing I know about comprehensive exams is that English subject specific comprehensives (ie. a test on Romanticism, or the Modern period) has about 250 books on the reading list. I tried to translate that into math terms in my head, and I spontaneously got a headache. eek.
